I’m Morag Lynagh, the founder and owner of Blue Month Consulting. I’m an HR Leader and Talent Strategist. I’ve honed my skills in the corporate world, most recently as the global Future of Work Lead at Unilever. I decided that it was time to spread my wings, challenge myself and use my skills to help other organisations respond to and exploit the changes that are happening in the world of work, to become stronger, more resilient, more productive.
In 2022 I was named as one of Forbes Top 50 Future of Work Thinkers. I combine creativity with a practical, down to earth and authentic approach.
In my toolkit I have skills and knowledge that make me adaptable, with an ability to get things done. As well as pioneering future of work initiatives, I can draw on my experience in change and transformation, employment law, policy, reward, organisation design, processes and comms to co-create workable solutions. Comfortable and confident working across all levels in an organisation, I’ve been recognised for my ability to ask provocative questions, build strong and effective relationship and to make the complex feel simple and accessible.
